Information

Regarding the trip you are about to embark on, it may be useful to know that:

  • Every road is easily accessible.
  • The lodges and facilities we use are of an excellent standard, clean and efficient and, most importantly, built with respect for the environment in which they are located.
  • The roads in southern Africa are the best on the continent. The routes are in good condition, wide, and clearly visible.
  • Namibia, Botswana, and Zambia are countries without any risk of crime or religious conflict, making it extremely safe to travel alone.
  • Some areas in South Africa may be dangerous, but we are aware of this and therefore do not include them in our itineraries.
  • Passport: required, with at least 6 months' validity remaining upon arrival in the country. For further information, please contact the embassy or consulate of the country in question, or your travel agent.
  • Those entering Namibia with legitimate minor children are required to have an international birth certificate (multilingual birth certificate for use abroad), which can be obtained from the registry office of their municipality of residence.
  • If you are traveling with minors who are not your own legitimate children, please consult your local municipality regarding the necessary documents.
  • Visa: Entry visa (€80) to be requested online

It may be useful to know that if you purchase goods for export exceeding N$250.00 (including VAT) with proof of purchase, you can claim a VAT refund as a tourist or non-resident. To obtain a refund, simply show your receipt and purchased goods at the Refund Office at the airport. Refunds will be paid by bank transfer, so you will also need to provide your bank details.

  • Once you have received the quote for the tour you are most interested in, we can proceed together with the final bookings for your trip.
  • All documents required for your trip will be given to you upon arrival at the airport, along with a map and other useful materials.
